The secessionist group in Northern Somalia who called themselves ”Somaliland” and is armed and supported by the UK are terrorising the Sool region in Northern Somalia. The town’s inhabitants have fled the bombardment carried by theses thugs.

UK former defence minister Gavin Williamson has visited the region two years ago to offer help and training. UK trained commandos regularly terrorise the local population in major cities like Hargeisa, Burco and Boorama.

At least 30 thousand people have fled the town of Las anod and right they are not getting the help and shelter they need the most. Human rights NGO has raised the alarm about the indiscriminate shooting of innocent people.

The region of Sool has declared that they no longer share any link with the secessionist administration supported by former colony.
